✅ Previous professional experience as a Butcher or Assistant Butcher in hotels, restaurants, or cruise ships
✅ Strong knowledge of meat preparation, cutting, portioning, and storage
✅ Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
✅ Good English communication skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, international kitchen environment
